Hi!
I’m Sherry, a mum of five, living in Lincolnshire, UK. I was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 30s, shortly after one of my sons was diagnosed with XYY syndrome, autism, and ADHD. Motherhood, combined with my own neurodivergence, has been a journey of discovery, resilience, and learning to embrace both chaos and creativity.
I support neurodivergent women, especially creatives, in building spacious, grounded businesses that align with their values and lives. Through my coaching packages, I help you navigate the challenges of entrepreneurship with ADHD—like time management, emotional overwhelm, and task paralysis—so you can focus on what truly matters and thrive.
Why I Created This Business
Running a business that works with my ADHD, instead of against it, has been life-changing. I understand the frustration of systems that don’t fit, the cycle of procrastination and perfectionism, and the deep desire to succeed without burnout. I built this business to share tools and strategies that help me—and can help you—find ease, balance, and purpose in your work.

Get to Know Me Better
- I’m happiest with a cup of coffee, a good book, and a quiet moment to myself (a rare luxury in my house as we’re a family of seven!).
- I struggled after my diagnosis. There was a high because I had the answer to the longest running question of “why do I function the way I do?” and then there was a low period of frustration with myself, feeling sorry for my inner child and really sad that I was not “fixable.”
- I’m deeply passionate about helping others embrace their quirks and strengths. In particular, I love brainstorming creative solutions—I LOVE the “out-of-the-box thinking” part of my brain—there’s always a way to make something work. I firmly believe in celebrating small wins—they’re the building blocks of big successes and a great dollop of dopamine.
- I hyper-focused on building a Tarot collection and mainly only use two to three decks.
- I have a love/hate relationship with ADHD medication and more often than not, have long periods whereby I don’t take it. For me, it’s good at calming the noise, but sometimes the noise brings big break throughs.
